Far Cry 5 to me looks nice, but I find most locations to be really boring. Just the same houses and cabins copy pasted with a shed out back and some various ammo and money to collect. There are some unique areas, particularly outposts, which have unique set piece buildings and layouts, but for the most part I was not really immersed in Hope County.
I'm not against him ending up being "right", that the worlds end was coming, but that he ends up being exactly, prophetically, right, kinda undercuts, to me, what I thought the story was getting across. Upside to this, Far Cry 6 needs to be set in the post-apocalypse lol
The cannon ending is the big bad gets away with all the horrible stuff he caused and the other ending when you're about to bring him to justice a nuke goes off proving he was right I hate when they do it that the crazy guy who did horrible things but was right (I liked it when sleeping dogs did this same thing crazy cult did horrible things but at the end when the world is supposed to end q75TPyL.
