She could be a medic, scout, engineer or anything you needed. But in Bannerlord every single companion is level 12+ (Most are around level 13-15) and you are just stuck with what the game generates, because it is kinda hard to make a trader or medic out of a guy with zero points in Trade Skill or Medicine that is already that high level.

What i did was tell my companion (any of the one's with the mercy trait should work) that I will no longer raid villages. My relationship with that companion went up by 3. Made her form her own party afterwards so i could continue raiding. Not the best solution but it's the only one i know, currently. 4.
