Evening, so I have had intermittent starting problems where I turn the engine on, check finishes, start engine and you get a long start, with starter working but engine doesn't fire. if you do this too long the lights can dim and clock resets (I've only done this once out of desperation) and flashes.

The one that is used with the 90hp engine has variable vanes and even if it looks similar it's totally different inside and the way it's managed by the ECU.
FIAT DOBLO starter motor maybe Hi all ive got 07 fiat doblo cargo van 1.3 multijet i was driving around first thing happened was the oil light came on so i check its full then the glow plug lights came for no reason now the van does not start at all is it a new starter motor or wiring problem.

I have had the engine management light come on and the two codes are EGR Valve and the Clutch Position Sensor, Egr has failed before so I know where that is, If anyone knows how to clear the code without replacing
Dec 12, 2018. #1. Hello, car is 1.3 multijet 55kw grande punto and it has suffered some codes lately. At first high pressure pump leaked inside motor and mixed oil and diesel. I got it running with cleaning, changin oils and with gaskets changes. But still with hard acceleration fuel pressure drops with 3-4-5 gears and code p0089 come & limp mode.
May 2, 2013. #1. hey guys got a problem with my doblo 1.3 multijet year 07, there are times when it wont start. You can turn it over and nothing just the clicking of the solenoid working. Then generally speaking the second or third time you try it fires away like a good one.
